After studying baroque violin with Simon Heyerick at the ENM in Villeurbanne, V. Bouilloux joined Odile Edouard's class at the CNSMD in Lyon, where she obtained her master's degree in 2017.

She has worked with Hervé Niquet and Le Concert Spirituel (Fireworks, 2015), Christophe Coin (OFJ 2013), Amandine Beyer, Olivier Schneebeli, Barthold Kuijken and Alessandro Moccia.

She also gives violin lessons in the Lyon region and is the author of a research dissertation on « The contribution of a return to historical postures in violin playing » (CNSMDL 2017).
