Clara Fellmann
Cello
After winning prizes at the CNSMD in Lyon for baroque cello and at the CRR in Paris for viola da gamba, Clara Fellmann joined Les Nouveaux Caractères (conducted by Sebastien D'Hérin) and Le Concert de L'Hostel Dieu (conducted by Franck-Emmanuel Comte).
Her constant desire for discovery has led her to explore the classical and romantic repertoire in trio (violin and fortepiano), contemporary music for solo viola da gamba (recital for the 2019 Ventoux Festival), and traditional music through her encounter with Margaux Lienard. The teaching of Emmanuel Balssa, Dominique Dujardin and Christine Plubeau gave her a taste for pedagogy and led her to become a viola da gamba teacher at the CRR in Toulon, while completing her training for the certificat d'aptitude. Clara also devotes her time to the Euphonie des Coquecigrues (directed by Margaux Lienard), which combines traditional music from the Avesnois region with compositions.
Alongside her professional career, Clara Fellmann practises Brazilian jujitsu at a high level (European vice-champion in 2017 and 2018, French champion in 2019) at the One jujitsu academy with teacher Vincent Nguyen.
