Originally from Cannes, Mélissa Cirillo first encountered hip-hop dance in 1999 with the A'Corps company in Valence. The company took charge of her training and instinctively included her in its shows.

The dancer then embarked on a series of artistic projects with professional companies such as S'Poart, Chrikiz, Käfig, De Fakto, Stylistik, Voltaik and, more recently, Cie Humaine. With these companies, she travels through the different worlds of urban dance. Melissa Cirillo also works with the Lyon Symphony Orchestra, the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra and the Nice Opera.

At the end of 2023, she set up her own association, Compagnie la Mesure, for which she works as artistic director of hip-hop dance, and is involved in a wide range of projects involving training, artistic education, and the creation and development of events.

A hip-hop activist, Mélissa Cirillo also shines in the world of battles. She has made a name for herself by taking part in world-renowned competitions such as Battle of the Year, Uk Championship, Evolution in New York, Yalta in Ukraine, Raw Circle in Belgium...
