In 2010, Blandine de Sansal entered the Ecole Normale Alfred Cortot in the class of Mireille Alcantara, while completing her training with a degree in Musicology at the Sorbonne.

She has distinguished herself in a number of competitions, including the Concours International Léopold Bellan, where she won First Prize, and the Lied et Mélodie des Saisons de la Voix competition, where she was awarded the Prix de la Ville de Gordes. In September 2022, she won First Prize at the Concours International de Chant Baroque de Froville, as well as the Audience Prize.

She sings as a soloist under the direction of Sébastien Daucé (Ensemble Correspondances), Damien Guillon (Le Banquet Céleste), Paul Agnew (Les Arts Florissants), Raphaël Pichon (Pygmalion), Bertrand Cuiller (Le Caravansérail), Stéphane Fuget (Les Epopées), Jean-Christophe Spinosi (Ensemble Matheus), Louis-Noël Bestion de Camboulas (Les Surprises), Camille Delaforge (Il Caravaggio) and Gaétan Jarry (Ensemble Marguerite Louise).

On stage, she played Barberine in The Marriage of Figaro (Mozart), Fragoletto in Les Brigands (Offenbach), Lisbé (Zémire et Azor by Grétry); as solo viola, she sang Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle in a version directed by Jos Houben and Emily Wilson. She then sang the role of Argene in Antonio Vivaldi's L'Olimpiade conducted by Jean-Christophe Spinosi, in a concert version. In 2021, she took part in the Ensemble Correspondances' new production at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence: “Combattimento, La Théorie du Cygne Noir”, directed by Silvia Costa. She then sang Goffredo at the Opéra de Rennes in Handel's Rinaldo conducted by Damien Guillon, then at the Opéra d'Avignon conducted by Bertrand Cuiller. She also sings the role of Nature in Locke's Cupid and Death, conducted by Sébastien Daucé, and Orpheus in Gluck's masterpiece directed by Eddy Garaudel and conducted by Raphaël Pichon as part of the Festival Pulsations in 2023.

Blandine de Sansal sings solo recitals, invited by orchestras such as Il Caravaggio, the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal, Le Concert de l'Hostel Dieu, and by festivals such as the Festival de Sablé-sur-Sarthe, the Festival de Froville, and the Atelier Lyrique de Tourcoing. She sang arias from Médée by Charpentier and Alcina (Handel) at the Konzerthaus in Vienna, accompanied by the Orchestre et Choeur des Arts Florissants conducted by Paul Agnew. She has performed a very wide repertoire of sacred music since she was very young. Her love of poetry and literature has also led her to perform a number of melodies and lieder in chamber ensembles (notably as part of the ‘Autour du piano’, ‘Les Musicales du Luberon’ and ‘Les Solistes de Demain’ festivals).
