Myriam Cambreling
Violin & Viola
A gold medallist at the CNR in Caen in Renée Fung's class, and a gold medallist (unanimously with congratulations) at the conservatoire in Meudon in Lilianne Rossi's class, Myriam Cambreling holds a DE diploma in violin.
Passionate about early music, she studied baroque violin at the ENM in Villeurbanne in Simon Heyerick's class, where she was unanimously awarded a gold medal. She also studied with Enrico Gatti and Chiara Banchini at the Geneva Conservatoire. She has also taken part in a number of musical projects with Ensemble 415, founded by Chiara Banchini. She performs with a number of baroque ensembles, including Le Concert de l'Hostel Dieu, Les Festes d'Orphée, Le Concert Spirituel, Stadivaria, Les Arts Florissants, Le Concert d'Astrée, La Simphonie du Marais and Concerto Soave...
She is a member of the Corsican quintet Quinta d'Isula with whom she recorded a critically acclaimed version of Soler's quintets.
